I’ve always loved what I do.
From copywriting to UX writing to content design, I’ve dabbled in a bit of everything, having worked on advertising campaigns, immersive tech, content marketing, and product experiences—just to list a few.
As a communicator, I go beyond the words customers read (and sometimes don't read) to help teams succeed as a whole.
Collaboration is where magic happens. I love partnering closely with researchers to synthesize crisp insights, designers to co-create a design process, product managers to scope the best possible user experience, data analysts to tell a story with data, data scientists to communicate more tailored data-driven messages, developers to deliver technically feasible experiences, lawyers to craft clear and honest disclaimers, and leaders to bring a vision to life.
I believe there’s a business case to be made for trusting the design process (and making it fun along the way).
When done right, it has the power to make everyday people very happy. It’s a win for the customer/win for the team/win for the company.
So glad you stopped by.
If you found your way here, poking around this little site my friend Nenah and I made, it’s probably for a reason. Maybe you're a colleague popping by to say hi (hey, we should really catch up sometime).
Maybe we’ve met somewhere before, like on LinkedIn or at another company. Or maybe you’re looking for someone with writing and design chops to join your team.
Whatever the reason might be, you should know that I do more than write, simplify, stylize, strategize, and structure words on a screen.
I translate technical speak (e.g. hypothetically achievable) into human speak (e.g. totally doable) to make product experiences better and product teams more efficient.
My favorite part is working with talented people to tell the right story like the one where a real, everyday person falls in love with a product made by real, everyday people. In fact, I love it so much that I could totally keep talking about it, if you’d like to know more.
The marvelously miraculous misadventures of tiny things
One moment you’re thinking, the next you’re shrinking down to the size of a speck. Then, you make a trek inside the mind, and what you find is a soupy microcosm of one-of-a-kind squiggly shapes, spotty textures 🧬, and silly web-like lines.
Somewhere even deeper, just past the catacombs of concept, right next to the lobial decorder, you’ll find these little thingys called Thinklings: the fleeting messengers of the mind.
Suddenly, a brain storm is born. From it, these teeny tiny inklings of an idea are formed. They’re thinklings 👾: little beings that link the things we’re thinking.
One dashes by in the blink of an eye. After being honest, it finds proof of a concept, then— poof 💨 (it bursts into nonsense).
Nonetheless, you notice a stream of consciousness, where a thinkling is sinking ⚓️ into a proper mess.
More get caught on a random thought, getting lost in the process. And just like the rest, bang ❗️ pop 🎊 boom 🎆 —forever doomed to blissful nothingness.
